Welcome to VoxPorn ("voxporn.com", "we", "us"), operated by VoxPorn Media. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must leave the website immediately.

1. Age requirement

This website contains sexually explicit material. You may only access it if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and if viewing such material is legal in your jurisdiction. By entering, you confirm that you meet these conditions and that you are not offended by adult content. We may block access from any jurisdiction at any time.

2. Nature of the service

VoxPorn is a video index. We do not host, upload, produce or own any of the videos shown. Videos are embedded through the official players and public APIs provided by third-party hosting websites, which are responsible for the content they host, for their own age-verification and record-keeping, and for responding to removal requests concerning files on their servers.

3. Prohibited content — zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for any material involving minors, non-consensual acts, or the distribution of intimate images without consent. We automatically filter search terms and titles associated with such content. If you see anything that may be illegal, report it immediately at abuse@voxporn.com or through our Content Removal page. We remove reported links promptly and cooperate with law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC and the Internet Watch Foundation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site if you are under 18; scrape, copy or mirror the site; interfere with its security or operation; use bots to generate traffic or ad impressions; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The VoxPorn name, logo, design and code are our property. Videos and thumbnails belong to their respective owners. Copyright owners may use our DMCA procedure.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The site displays advertising from third-party networks and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxPorn Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
